Madison and Declan started dating senior year of high school. After high school graduation, Madison stayed in Florida and attended Rollins College while Declan traveled to New Jersey and attended Princeton University. The long-distance haul continued when Madison attended University of Florida's law school, and Declan moved to Nashville, TN to prepare for the 2022 Paralympics. Despite their distance apart, Madison and Declan have remained best friends with unwavering love. In 2023, Madison and Declan moved to Boulder, CO. Shortly afterward, Declan proposed to Madison on the top of a mountain in Telluride, CO. The two became three with the adoption of their dog, Winston (a.k.a. Winnie). They are so happy and grateful to share this special day with you.
